This 50 year old patient underwent previous breast augmentation in the remote past elsewhere. She underwent implant removal as she was unhappy with her results. She presented to Richmond Aesthetic Surgery desiring fuller lifted breasts and requested breast re-augmentation. Breast augmentation was performed via an inframammary approach in the submuscular position. Her implants are in an aesthetic pleasing position giving her breast and balanced natural look. She is now shown 6 months after surgery and is very pleased with her new result.
