50-year-old female with breast cancer who underwent bilateral total skin sparing mastectomies is shown after breast reconstruction. She underwent a single stage direct to implant reconstruction with a smooth round silicone implant and Alloderm. She also underwent subsequent minor revision with fat transfer. A single extended periareolar incision was used. She is shown 4 months after reconstruction and is pleased with her results.
