Case-8975 Case-8975

This 40-year-old woman underwent previous abdominoplasty after major weight loss. She was left with residual redundancy of the lower, abdominal wall, poor scar healing, and horizontal laxity. She was very dissatisfied with her initial surgery performed elsewhere. She underwent conversion to a Fleur De-Lis abdominoplasty with simultaneous breast augmentation via an inframammary muscular approach. She is shown three months after surgery and is extremely pleased with her new results.
