Case-5768 Case-5768

This 33 year old patient underwent previous saline breast augmentation in the remote past elsewhere. She presented with significant asymmetry and displacement of her implants to a lower and lateral (to the side) position after having children. Revision was performed with implant exchange for a slightly larger silicone implant and pocket revision. A capsulorraphy stitch was placed closing down the lower and side portions of the pockets. Her new silicone implants are softer with less rippling. Her implants are in a much more aesthetic pleasing position giving her breast and balanced natural look. She is now shown 6 months after surgery and is very pleased with her new result.
