Case-5765 Case-5765

This 48 year old patient underwent previous saline breast augmentation in the past elsewhere. She presented with significant asymmetry and displacement of her implants to a lower and lateral (to the side) position. This is also known as bottoming out. Revision was performed with implant exchange for a slightly larger silicone implant and pocket revision. Her new silicone implants are softer with less rippling. A capsulorraphy stitch was placed closing down the lower and side portions of the pockets raising the breast crease and improving her cleavage. Her implants are in a much more aesthetic pleasing position giving her breast and balanced natural look. She is now shown 6 months after surgery and is very pleased with her new result.
