26 year old female with large breasts causing shoulder pain, back pain, and neck pain.  She also experiences near constant rashes beneath the breasts.  The patient also expressed the desire to improve the contour of her breasts.  She underwent breast reduction using the “anchor” incision pattern.  The nipple and areola were grafted, made smaller,  and moved to a higher position.  She is shown 3 months after breast reduction surgery and has complete relief of neck and shoulder pain as well as cosmetic improvement.
