67 year old with breast cancer requiring bilateral total skin sparing mastectomy. Immediate reconstruction was performed with tissue expanders and aceullar dermal matrix (Alloderm). Permanent silicone implants were placed at a second stage. The patient is shown 4 months after surgery.
