Breast Reconstruction Using Tissue Expanders, Aceullular Dermal Matrix, and Permanent Implants Patient 11

46 year old who underwent previous breast augmentation. She now developed breast cancer requiring bilateral total skin and nipple areolar sparing mastectomies. Immediate reconstruction using tissue expanders and acellular dermal matrix (Alloderm) was performed. Permanent implants were placed at a second stage. She is shown 6 months after her final surgery. Note the improvement in breast contour and implant position after reconstruction.
