Case-5798 Case-5798

40 year old underwent breast augmentation via an inframammary submuscular approach and abdominoplasty. Her abdominoplasty consisted of lower abdominal skin removal, rectus plication (muscle tightening) and an “umbilical float.” Her belly button was disconnected from the deeper tissue and moved to a lower more aesthetic position without an external incision. She is shown 4 months after surgery and has fuller more proportional, lifted breasts. Her abdominal is flatter and with a more pleasing umbilicus.
