37 year old presenting with excess skin and fatty tissue across the lower abdominal wall and flanks. She also desired fuller, lifted breasts. Full abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), liposuction of the flanks, full breast lift, and fat transfer to the breast was performed. The fatty tissue was placed into the upper and inner portions of the breast to give fullness and volume to these areas. She is shown 4 months after surgery and is very pleased with her new look
