This 29 year old patient underwent previous saline breast augmentation elsewhere. She presented with misproportioned implants. Her original implants were too narrow for her rib cage and gave her breasts a narrow appearance. Revision was performed with implant exchange for a slightly larger silicone implant and pocket revision. Both pockets were opened to give a widened appearance to more properly fit her chest wall. This patient’s new implants are in a much more aesthetic pleasing position giving her upper and lower body a more balanced look. She is now shown 6 months after surgery and is very pleased with her new result.
