Case-5766 Case-5766

This 60 year old patient underwent previous saline breast augmentation in the remote past elsewhere. She presented with a rupture of her left saline breast implant. Revision was performed with implant exchange for a slightly larger silicone implant and pocket revision. Capsulotomy was performed along the inner and upper portions of the pocket to improve contour. Her new silicone implants are softer with less rippling. Her implants are in a much more aesthetic pleasing position giving her breast and balanced natural look. She is now shown 6 months after surgery and is very pleased with her new result.
