Case-5764 Case-5764

This 57 year old patient underwent previous breast augmentation in the remote past elsewhere. She presented with significant asymmetry and displacement of her implants to a higher and lateral (to the side) position. She also had ptosis (drooping) of the lower portion of the breast. Revision was performed with implant exchange for a slightly larger silicone implant and pocket revision. Her new silicone implants are softer with less rippling and better shape. A full lift was performed to elevate the breast and nipple. Her implants are in a much more aesthetic pleasing position giving her breast and balanced natural look. She is now shown 6 months after surgery and is very pleased with her new result.
