Patient is a 53 year old woman who presented with significant septal deviation with airway obstruction. In addition to her functional complaints, she was unhappy with the appearance of her bulbous nasal tip and small dorsal hump. She underwent septoplasty to correct her airway obstruction and an open tip rhinoplasty to address her aesthetic concerns. She is seen 6 months postop with significant improvements in airway function and nasal harmony.
