Breast Reduction Patient 33

48 year old female with large breasts causing shoulder pain, back pain, and neck pain. The patient also expressed desire for cosmetic improvement. She underwent bilateral breast reduction using an “anchor” incision technique. The breasts have been made smaller and have been raised to a higher position on the chest. The nipple areola diameter has been made smaller, and her overall shape in improved. She is shown 3 months after breast reduction surgery and has complete relief of neck and shoulder pain as well as cosmetic improvement.
