Direct to Implant Single Stage Reconstruction Patient 14

53 year old with breast cancer. This patient underwent bilateral total skin and nipple areola sparing mastectomies with immediate single stage implant based reconstruction. 325cc smooth round moderate profile silicone implants were placed beneath the pectoralis muscle using an Alloderm (acelluar dermal matrix) sling. This patient is shown 5 months after surgery.
