65-year-old woman sustained a 150-pound weight loss. She was left with multiple redundant skin folds and a large lower abdominal wall apron. She presented with significant cosmetic issues and functional problems regarding her skin redundancy. This patient underwent Fleur De-Lis abdominoplasty with an excellent result. She is able to fit normal clothing, her mobility has improved, and her self-confidence is lifted. She is shown three months after surgery.
