Case-5796 Case-5796

43 year old underwent breast augmentation with periareolar lift (donut mastopexy) and abdominoplasty. Her abdominoplasty consisted of lower abdominal skin removal, rectus plication (muscle tightening) and an “umbilical float.” Her belly button was disconnected from the deeper tissue and moved to a lower more aesthetic position without an external incision. She is shown 4 months after surgery and has fuller more proportional breasts, lifted breasts and a smaller nipple and areola. Her abdominal is flatter and with a more pleasing umbilicus.
