46-year-old woman underwent bilateral total skin sparing mastectomy for breast cancer. Immediate reconstruction was performed with tissue expanders and acellular dermal matrix (Alloderm). Second stage reconstruction was performed with a permanent silicone implant. This patient is shown 5 months after second stage reconstruction.
