39-year-old requesting cosmetic enhancement of abdomen and trunk after two pregnancies. She has significantly laxity of the abdominal wall and rectus diastasis resulting in severe bulging of the abdominal wall. This patient underwent full abdominoplasty. The incision has been placed below the underwear line and the prior midline scar has been completely removed. Her abdominal wall is flatter and tighter and the belly button has an improved shape. The patient is shown 6 months after surgery.
