32-year-old female underwent bilateral breast augmentation with smooth round silicone implants placed in the dual plane position. She also underwent periareolar mastopexy. Of note the patient has constricted breasts (tubular breast deformity). She required additional maneuvers in surgery including lowering of the inframammary fold and scoring of the lower pole breast tissue. These additional maneuvers rounded out her breast shape. She is very pleased with her results and is shown for months after surgery.
