41 year old who underwent bilateral total skin sparing mastectomy with immediate tissue expander reconstruction and subsequent permanent implant placement for breast cancer. Nipple reconstruction was performed at a third stage using modified star flaps. Nipple areolar tattooing was completed in the office. This patient is shown 3 months after nipple reconstruction.
