Direct to Implant Single Stage Reconstruction Patient 6

48 year old with breast cancer who underwent bilateral total skin sparing and nipple areolar sparing mastectomy. Surgery was performed through an extended periareolar incision. Immediate reconstruction was performed with smooth round moderate profile silicone implants. The implants were placed beneath the pectoralis major muscle and an Alloderm (aceullar dermal matrix) sling was used to improved contour and reinforce the lower portion of each breast. This patient is shown 4 months after surgery.
