Direct to Implant Single Stage Reconstruction Patient 16

53 year old underwent bilateral total skin and nipple sparing mastectomy for breast cancer. She underwent previous breast augmentation in the remote past. Because of her implants, a single stage reconstruction was performed. Direct to implant single stage reconstruction was accomplished with silicone implant and Alloderm. An extended periareolar incision was used. She is shown 6 months after her surgery and is pleased with her reconstruction and is doing very well.
