47-year-old women with breast cancer underwent bilateral total skin sparing mastectomies. Immediate reconstruction was performed with tissue expanders and acellular dermal matrix (Alloderm). Second stage reconstruction was performed using permanent silicone implants. The patient is shown 4 months after second stage breast reconstruction.
