56-year-old woman who developed right breast cancer is shown. She underwent right total skin sparing mastectomy with immediate tissue expander reconstruction using acellular dermal matrix. A permanent silicone implant was placed at a second stage, and she declined nipple areola reconstruction. She is shown 5 months after second stage breast reconstruction.
