Notes:Patient underwent breast augmentation with periareolar and a full tummy tuck with liposuction of the flanks. She is shown 5 months after surgery with significantly improved contour of the breast and abdomen.  Her upper and lower body have been completely reproportioned. The overhanging skin of the lower abdomen has been completely removed. The pubic area has been lifted as well.  She is very pleased with her results.
