36-year-old requesting cosmetic enhancement of abdomen and trunk. She has excess skin throughout the abdominal wall and stretch marks around the belly button. She underwent full abdominoplasty with muscle tightening (rectus plication) and liposuction of the flanks. The abdomen is flattened and tighter with improved definition of the hips and waist. The skin is tighter and near all of the stretch marks have been removed. The incision is hidden beneath the underwear line and the belly-button has a natural shape. The patient is shown 6 months after surgery.
