40 year old with a strong family history of breast cancer. She underwent bilateral prophylactic (preventative) skin and nipple sparing mastectomies and immediate, single stage reconstruction using cohesive gel silicone implants and aceullar dermal matrix. She desired to be significantly larger with an augmented look, and she requested an extended inframammary incision. She is shown 4 months after surgery with excellent symmetry and increased fullness throughout.
