Breast Reconstruction Using TRAM (Transverse Rectus Abdominus Myocutaneous) Flap Patient 5

52-year-old woman with left sided breast cancer. She was treated with a left total skin sparing mastectomy. Immediate reconstruction was performed with a left sided pedicled TRAM (transverse rectus abdominus myocutaneous) flap. She is shown 4 months after TRAM flap surgery. Note the excellent symmetry match and contour improvement of the abdominal wall.
