47-year-old woman developed breast cancer requiring bilateral total skin sparing mastectomies and reconstruction. Immediate reconstruction was performed with tissue expanders and aceullar dermal matrix (Alloderm). Second stage reconstruction was performed with implant exchange and autologous fat grafting. She is shown 3 months after second stage reconstruction.
