38 year old underwent breast augmentation via an inframammary submuscular approach and abdominoplasty. Her abdominoplasty consisted of lower abdominal skin removal, rectus plication (muscle tightening) and umbilical relocation. Her belly button brought out through a new opening. She is shown 4 months after surgery and has fuller more proportional, lifted breasts. Her abdominal is flatter and with a more pleasing umbilicus.
