Breast Reconstruction Using Tissue Expanders, Aceullular Dermal Matrix, and Permanent Implants Patient 2

53 year old who underwent previous cosmetic breast augmentation developed breast cancer necessitating bilateral skin sparing mastectomy. Immediate tissue expander reconstruction using aceullar dermal matrix and subsequent permanent silicone implant placement was performed. She also underwent nipple reconstruction using modified star flaps and final areolar tattooing. She is shown 5 months after reconstruction.
